Bill Cox is one of the few people alive today who can locate, and transmit the knowledge required to locate, primary water – water that is found above the earth’s magma. He has over 30 years experience in his field. Along with his friend and dowsing mentor, Verne Cameron, Bill Cox is responsible for filling Lake Elsinore during a time of drought. Primary water has nothing to do with existing water supplies or rainwater, and therefore does not infringe on anyone’s water supply. Fresh drinking water exists into perpetuity, and is accessible all over the world right now. The need to worry about droughts is over! Join us as Bill Cox unveils the incredible gift of primary water to humankind.

Greetings:
Recently I heard a panel discussion about water composition and frequency. One of the guests spoke about a water vortex device.
Could you let me know if such a device is available and from whom?
Great program. I studied Victor Schomberger’s material many year ago.
Thanks for you assistance,
don
There is a book by Michael H. Salzman, published back in 1960, titled “New Water for a Thirsty World” in which he discusses exactly this subject and describes the chemistry involved and present limitations of the science of hydrology that doesn’t admit of this core source, the earlier work of Stephen Riess in locating these underground water supplies, the work of A.E. Nordenskiold in drilling for water in primary rock, plus a lot of other information, to say the least! For people interested in this subject (since we all need water to live!) it is a valuable book and I would love to see it be reprinted.
