We welcome back Dr. Edwin Vieira, another wonderful teacher and Constitutional Master, whose calling and focus has been in this area of law for the last 57 years. He’s the author of 10 books and won several cases in the Supreme Court. He’s expertise and breadth of understanding about every facet of The US Constitution is staggering.
