I have used Baking Soda as soap for years! I do not use any type of soap at all, have noticed a huge difference in my skin and the balance of alkaline in my system. Have noticed that when I have small cuts, bug bites, then the baking soda has assisted in keeping these clean.

RBrenner, for cuts, abrasions and any healing try taking zinc. Zinc, Magnesium and Vitamin C are amazing helpful healers, especially if ever undergoing surgery. I had a lip that split when I returned from a three year work period in Sarawak. (I don’t remember having this problem ever before the trip.) A year and a half later it was still split and I had scars from other areas that seemed to be taking forever to heal. Finally, a forth doctor I sought out asked me if I was taking the three healers. When he mentioned zinc I wondered why he wanted me taking roofing material?

Within a day a new deep gash to my head and the lip began healing. Three days later all was fixed. Men especially need their zinc but all need it for healing.

    Dear Kim,
I have been a great believer in Magnesium since searching out books on Potassium at second hand book stores years ago. My mum phoned me early one morning that she was sick, which for one from that generation meant she was dying. Indeed she was and to cut a long story short, before the ambulance took off to hospital emergency, I think her electrolytes were stabilised by intravenous. The doctors administered Potassium in hospital and then all they could recommend was that she eat more bananas and potatoes. She took that ambulance trip twice more that year.

I finally found an obscure little book in a secondhand bookstore that said there were four electrolytes named Sodium, Potassium, Magnesium and Calcium (years later with the internet I found out about the fifth, phosphorous). It said that Magnesium is the Great Regulator of the electrolyte family. The body works to keep the level of Magnesium at a stable level and that death would be quick once the last of it had been pulled from muscles and bones. After getting mum the largest number of gram tablets I could find (Magnesium Glutamate 836mg), her jaunts to hospital ceased.

My mum died twenty years later when being assessed in the same hospital in an apartment setting whilst being assessed for independent living. I was out of province at the time and no one else was seeing she had her magnesium, even when I requested help after hearing she didn’t have it with her. The hospital would administer her meds and no supplements were allowed into the hospital. On her third day her electrolytes became unstable and she couldn’t be resuscitated.

Only recently did I find out that Magnesium is also stored in the lining of the stomach and small intestine (and possibly lining of the large bowel) as is Vitamin C. Too much of either or both will cause diarrhoea which is why it should be taken throughout the day in smaller dosages. I make my own magnesium drink concentrate by ionising chilled Milk of Magnesia and chilled Club Soda, found at http://afibbers.org/resources/Wallerwater.pdf and other sites. I wonder what good Dr Sircus would think of this mixture. I add some mix to a carry round water bottle.

I found out that for sure I needed extra magnesium as well. The little trick I discovered by accident happened in the morning while working on a report. The loose feeling (slightly electrical irritation) in my elbows I often experienced suddenly cleared up within a few minutes of taking my magnesium with my coffee and my handwriting suddenly improved dramatically. (I’d often wondered why my handwriting was often erratic.) I had my mum try the trick and it did the same for her. Others I have suggested trying this have reported they felt no difference but I doubt they had bothered even trying. Both my mum’s sisters died on emergency trips to hospital with what sounded like the same problem. We had suggested to them to add this valuable mineral to their daily routines throughout the day. I have two brothers with the same problem and only one of them is taking the magnesium.

I have almost finished reading Dr Sircus’s second edition on Sodium Bicarbonate. I’ve had the electronic edition for a year or so but being forgetful, it sat waiting me, in my iBook library. I just bought the Transdermal Magnesium electronic edition. I can’t find the paper copies in our bookstores which are more practical for research, I find. And trying to figure out exactly how much to take of the BS is tricky. There is no easy ‘recipes’ at the back of the book so I have just added it to my magnesium concoction and hope for the best. I still have to get the test strips.

Kim, life is a learning experience that must be taken seriously and I find that even for me it takes a concerted effort at times to get the spark, the aha moment that takes the knowledge to the level of profound. Why did I leave Dr Sircus’ book in my iBook shelf so long? Why do so many hear of solutions to major health issues and yet let the tigers lie?

If it weren’t for Rainmaking Time I might never have hit upon much of the valuable knowledge that is changing my life for the better. This week alone I have suggested topics of interest at your site to two young men during my jabbering jaunts around the neighbourhood and local grocery and both let me know the next time I accosted them that they had found the interviews enlightening. You just can’t beat the Electric Universe and Global Warming to stirring the heart of the curious. Chemtrails is another catch, especially if there is one or two overhead to point out, and Judy Wood on 9/11 and free energy, one powerful hook. Dinosaurs, mammoths and alien flying ships below openings at the poles I leave to self-discovery. 🙂

Erin Pizzey is getting older and frail from cancer. She would make for a grand interview. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jnUwxxijr3g Erin Pizzey spoke at the Domestic Violence 2014 Symposium in Toronto two weeks ago.

“The pediatrician indoctrinates your child from birth into a lifelong dependency on medical intervention. The first stage of indoctrination is the ‘well-baby’ visit. The well-baby visit is a cherished ritual of the pediatrician that enhances their income and does nothing constructive for your child. It’s a worthless visit.” — Dr. Robert Mendelsohn, MD, board certified pediatrician

“Vaccines are the backbone of the entire Pharmaceutical Industry. If they can make these children sick from a very early age, they become customers for life. The money isn’t really to be made in the vaccine industry. (osteopathic medical doctor)

“Studies are increasingly pointing to the conclusion that vaccines represent a dangerous assault to the immune system leading to autoimmune diseases like Multiple Sclerosis, Lupus, Juvenile Onset Diabetes, Fibromyalgia, and Cystic Fibrosis, as well as previously rare disorders like brain cancer, SIDS (Sudden Infant Death Syndrome), childhood leukemia, autism, and asthma.”—Dr. Zoltan Rona, MD, “Natural Alternatives to Vaccination”
