Dr. Masaru Emoto
Dr. Masaru Emoto and his translator, Ms. Fukiko Kai, join us to discuss what water tells us. Dr. Masaru Emoto is the chief of the Hado Institute in Tokyo, Japan. He is the author of The Hidden Messages in Water, Messages From Water and the Universe, Water Crystal Healing, Love Thyself, and The True Power of Water. The 2004 film What the Bleep Do We Know? (2004) popularized his intriguing study into the effect of words and other stimuli on water. In the study, Dr. Masaru Emoto photographed water crystals under a dark field microscope to gauge the effects of different Hado, which he defines as “the intrinsic vibrational pattern at the atomic level in all matter” and the basis of “the energy of human consciousness”. His goal was to gain insight into the true nature of water.
Over ten thousand photographs later, Dr. Masaru Emoto concluded that water holds and carries information. Based on the effects of different Hado on water, he determined that thoughts and feelings affect physical reality. Although water may appear to be “conscious”, it is not that water is conscious, but that consciousness is water.
The extensive and detailed Kabbalistic description of the levels of creation indicate that time and space are contained within Ain Sof (the Void Eternal: strikingly similar to the Sunyata, “the Emptiness that is not empty” in Buddhism). The physical universe is contained within (the parameters of) time and space. But consciousness is not contained within time and space. Rather, time and space are subservient to, and contained within consciousness.
In Genesis 2:7, the Divine breath entered the nostrils of man; that breath being indivisible, was not and cannot be severed from its Source: in Hinduism it is said that the Divine is omnipotent with one exception, it cannot reject any sentient being.
If that consciousness in the vehicle of man seeks itself in anything else in the universe, it will find itself as an apparently separate entity there: as the universe, time and space are within it, it can be accessed from anywhere and at any time in the universe.

Our experience and our knowledge allow us to say that we are ready to provide people in Japan suffered from the accident at the Fukushima Nuclear Plant, the most significant assistance.

I am very sorry that I could not see you in the UK in 1997-1999, when we were working on the problem of treatment of mad cow disease (BSE). Any potable water independently of its mineral or organic composition processed in accordance with Telos technology (by super low impulse magneto electric and acoustic fields) acquire qualities which permit to use the water for prophylactics or cure of blood illnesses, blood producing organs, alimentary canal. The same water can be applied for effective rehabilitation of people victims of radiation or who had or have to stay at zones of elevated radiation and polluted environment. Depending on the proposed aims, the water can be produced as sanitary, health improving or medicinal. Health improving water, as a rule, is a prophylactic measure for maintenance at normal level main defensive functions of an organism. The medicinal water is applied on doctor’s recommendations for the patients with different illnesses.
Now water with preventive properties is made in Mexico (strengthening of general immunity and preventive maintenance against hepatitis) and in Orenburg region of Russia. Water with medical properties (multiple sclerosis, diabetes, to suppress or contain the growth of tumors, to kill pain, chronic fatigue syndrome etc.), by way of experiment, is given to the patients of clinic “The Dove Clinic for Integrated Medicine”, Great Britain.
An important anti radiation part of this project is that the processed water without any harm can be consumed by healthy people to serve as a prophylactic measure in case of possible contamination of sane organisms by nuclear radiation including natural radiation of some outburst of harmful chemicals. Introducing the project on a territory of any country we simultaneously resolve a strategic and very expensive to solve task which is to be worked out by the units of the civil defense. We mean the extraordinary situations alike the Chernobyl accident. This part of the project will especially permit to find a wide state and international support.
Telos Technology Fund received an official Conclusion that the equipment used by Telos technology and its application correspond to the contemporary sanitary norms and rules of population defense from electromagnetic fields and of non mutagenic characteristics. Telos Technology Fund also got a separate State sanitary and epidemiological Certificate No. 50.PB.01.423.P.006291.04.02.dated 04.16.02.
In November 0f 1999 an interstate standard CTO TELOS 01-11-99 was issued. It was named “Artisans non aerated drinking water processed by magneto acoustic non contact method on “TELOS” technology”. (Interstate standards. Information content. Official edition. No. 5, 2000, Moscow, Interstate Council on standardization and certification). In accordance with this Standard “Telos water” is non-pharmacological foodstuff of individual consumption and can be consumed without limitation. It is defined that this product favors rehabilitation of blood producing functions of human organism and acts as prophylactic, antiseptic and adaptive remedy in case a consumer happens to be in a zone of elevated radiation.
Special investigations on blocking development bacterial flora and elevation of resistance of cell cultures and the whole organism itself to different harmful factors, which were carried out from 1993 to 1997 at Biophysics Institute of The Russian Federation Ministry of Health Care on more than 800 mousses. It was established that together with changing of structure of drinking water changing in metabolic process is taking place. Also such regimes of magneto electric influence on water were found, which conserve the water. Regimes of curative effect on organisms affected by radiation were found too. And at last, regimes, which permit to stimulate the immune system and elevate defensive reactions of organisms against different kinds of viruses, to regenerate blood, blood producing organs and alimentary canals were discovered. Constant consumption of such water stimulates washing out of organism’s sell different kinds of tocsins and slags, which the organism receives with food or as a result of chemical therapy or with medical preparations. In 1997 experiments showed an additional possibility to wash Cs-137 out of organisms of experimental animals by the processed water. In 1997-1998 the investigations carried out on 100 mouses in the Institute for Animals Health in the Great Britain showed that in principal there is a possibility to cure animals artificially infected by BSE decease by drinking water processed according to Telos technology (in this case double Distilled water was used).
In December of 1998, a method of specially structured drinking water prepared for cure and prophylactic of people suffered of Chernobyl catastrophe successfully passed clinical tests at Briansk regional diagnostic and medical Center. (The main specialized medical institution of Russia working with population living in the zone of risks caused by incident at Chernobyl Nuclear Power Station).
All Russia Medical Catastrophe Center “Zaschita” (“Defense”) of The Ministry of Health Care of the RF issued a separate document certifying that consuming of drinking water processed on Telos technology favors elevation of immune status and non specific resistance to harmful influence environment. The Center recommended consumption of this water to the special detachments of The Ministry of Extraordinary Situations of The RF.
The proposed drinking water is completely new product on the market and can substitute a whole row of expensive prophylactic and medical preparations of regeneration of blood producing organs and expensive donor operations of marrow transplantation and immune stimulators.
Only in Russia potential consumers of the production of “Telos – water” project may be population of industrial cities, people working at enterprises with powerful magneto electrical radiation. This list may be prolonged with population of Northern Russia who suffer of immune deficit, workers of metallurgical industries, chemical enterprises, oil and gas extraction, oil and gas refining industries etc.
This approach opens completely new possibilities of mass prophylactic and cure of the population suffering of immune deficit and living in zones of risks connected with radioactive danger and strong industrial pollution of the environment.

Is this comprised in the general explanation that you give below, that consciousness is out of the boundaries of time and space? and this being said, one could also affirm consciousness is earth, consciousness is fire, consciousness is animal, man, or whatever else in the universe?
