I’ve seen this man talking, quite fascinating, looking fioreward to the show. Its time we stopped looking at animals as posessions and more as our family. Animals have powers that we cant understand but so often they are abused by science, entertainment and of course murdered by the people wishing to make money from their suffering. i ask you would you eat your family.
Animals are part of our family What gets me is that people fall for it when the argument is used that God gave us dominion over the animals- who said so? Those who beleive in God are often hippocrites going to church then tuck into some murdered animals or give money to psuedo research centres who torture animals for no other reason than to keep their institutions afloat.
Animals may have small brains but its really only anatomically due to their lack of a voice and hands that they are unable to reproduce what a human can. if they could speak i’m sure they would make us understand that they are much more sensitive and intelligent than us dumb humans mistakenly beleive. So our bias against them is all based on an inability anatomically to reproduce what we can I wonder if teh same ideology were used against disabled people what an ouitcry there would be. My cat knows when I am coming ghome from work and my deceased cat also knew when I was coming home just about five or ten minutes before I arrived. dolphins for instance are much more intelligent than humans and it has been proved in tests of dolphin against human. Yet we imprison them in concrete depriving them of there natural habitat. We imprison elephants in circuses and zoos and sharks whose life span is shortened by ten years because of this imprisonment.
In Russia they have restaurants for animals and they even get married. One good thing as well is that anyone abusing and killing an animal gets prison, something that should be adopted all over the world.
I have personally watched the abusive farming practices and treatment of pigs and it was horrible, so, whatever you are observing, it is only one side of a bigger picture not only in Russia, but in many parts of the world.

Bravo! Fascinating topic. It left me wanting more. If only the world had more Rupert Sheldrakes in positions of power and influence… Can you imagine what we could all accomplish if the gatekeepers to true freedom and advancement were permanently banished? I think we are nearing critical mass. The TED talk that became so controversial recently (I am writing this on 4/12/13) brought more attentional to Rupert Sheldrake than if it had just been posted as usual. People are hungry for validation for what they already know is true. Religious and Scientific dogma is the gatekeeping mechanism that needs to be dismantled first. Thank you for giving the real heroes of our times a platform to speak freely. I am so grateful.
