Angi Ma Wong

Angi Ma Wong is an award-winning businesswoman, publisher, and best-selling author. She is also a cancer survivor and a Rotarian. She began her career as a feng shui consultant before anyone in the United States knew what it was, and played a vital role in promoting it and establishing its credibility. Angi Ma Wong defines feng shui as “the environmental art of placement that aligns ones energies with that of the universe. It is holistic, natural and utilizes common sense that connects us with cosmic energy, or chi. Chi moves within our bodies and is the basis by which traditional Chinese medicine is based and it moves outside of our bodies. That practice is called feng shui and it unites the interior of our bodies with the exterior of our bodies.”

Angi Ma Wong is the founder of Pacific Heritage Books. She has written 24 books, including 15 on feng shui. Her most popular works include the Feng Shui Dos and Taboos series and the award-winner TARGET: The U.S. Asian Market. Angi Ma Wong began her intercultural and feng shui consultancy and corporate training business in 1989. Through writing, publishing, public speaking, and seminars, she bridges the culture gap between Asians and non-Asians to promote mutual understanding and profitability. Those who have done comparitive studies have noted similarities between the chi and the ruach of the Tanakh and the Kabbalah.

    Kim,
Thank you Kim. You have the most interesting guests and are a wonderful most astute interviewer. After listening to the interview I searched for Angi’s website only to discover Angi passed on July 2015 ~ http://www.legacy.com/obituaries/latimes/obituary.aspx?pid=175355955

      Dear Glory,

Thank you so much for letting us all know. I feel sad to hear of her passing as she was such a ball of light and energy, even though she was a cancer survivor for so many years. I was out of the US when she passed but saw her and her husband in 2014 before I left the country. I am so glad we have her voice still here and vibrant. Rest in Peace Angi and thank you for all you were and still are. Thank you also for your kind words Glory!
