Michael Yon

Michael Yon is on the frontlines of the world’s most complex and chaotic global conflicts. He’s a combat correspondent, an author of 12 books, a photographer and a former Green Beret/Special Forces. At the time of the interview, he was on day 23 of a fast. This alone is worth a conversation, however this conversation is not for the faint at heart. This 2 hour special addresses some of the most agonizing and highly charged subjects of concern, such as, the real status at many borders, the ins and outs of immigration that most of us are unaware of and the true conditions around the world.  He also shares about his military training and geopolitical calls he’s made of exact events that would happen that have already come true, that are not only important, but have had a devastating impact on civilian life. Michael has traveled to 98 countries and has a very visceral and passionate personal understanding of current conditions in the US and around the world.  On the lighter side of things, they discuss interesting cultural nuances, revelations and insights including Michaels appreciation and connection to Japanese people. Kim shares some insights about her travels and experience living overseas and how cultural differences make a big difference in both togetherness and community but also in the area of discord and conflict. If you like stories about people who live uncommon lives and are alive to tell about them, Michael Yon is one of them. Don’t miss this occasion with Michael Yon.
