When I heard about Mireille Guiliano’s book French Women Don’t Get Fat, I laughed. After talking to a few French friends of mine, I realized I have never seen a fat French woman in my life. Maybe there is some truth to what Mireille Guiliano says!

Mireille Guiliano is also the author of Women, Work & the Art of Savoir Faire and French Women for All Seasons. She joins us to discuss French Women Don’t Get Fat (the book and the cookbook), her travels, and her wealth of insight into French culture, food, etiquette, and more.

“Cooking is sexy—like a kiss, a physical emotion, a union between human beings, and an experience that is sensual, engaging all of one’s senses.” ~Mireille Guiliano

Hi Kim: I really enjoyed this interview. It makes me want to grow all my own fruits and veggies! I even want to go to France!
