Alan Kreglow – Do You Really Own Your Land?

Categories: Home & Garden, Law, Government, & Military

People have been desperately trying to stay in their properties during one of the biggest foreclosure waves across the world. For those of you who live in the United States of America and own real estate, including title to your properties, you really want to tune in to this segment – because even though you own your own real estate, apparently you don’t own your own land. We know it’s hard to believe, but the devil really does live in the details. Join us as Alan Kreglow introduces us to something called land patents, whereby we can really take full authority and make sure that we lawfully own the land we purchased and enjoy the full range of rights that this mechanism gives us.

Today, we personally called the number we had for him and it has been disconnected. We have no idea what happened to him or, why this has unfolded. We’ve never worked with him, or have spoken with him since the interview. Sorry we can’t be more helpful.

The following is the best info I’ve seen (well, heard) on the fraud that counties have pulled on LAND owners. My own research backs up what he says, but more specifically the recorder’s offices conned people into bringing in their ‘sheepskins’, grants from Spain or France or whatever, and deposit them with the county. Their thinking then was that THEY owned the land, because they were in PHYSICAL possession of the Title. They later put up the TITLE as collateral for municipal improvements, and so the title was now clouded, or, if the loans were defaulted on by the county (or state), the Title may have been transferred to the loaning institution – and that the land was now ‘in commerce’. It had liens and encumbrances on it. This is unlawful conveyance and fraud. In the interviews below, Steve explains his confrontation with his own tax assessor’s office in Florida, after researching Florida law, though not bringing up MY discoveries. He just challenges the county, with the concept of falsification of government records to create a fictitious obligation – and using the US mail to commit fraud each time the office sends out a ‘property tax’ bill. They backed down real quick – as well as for several of his friends. In one case he helped a friend file a lawsuit against one intractable assessor and the county settled for tens of million$. Mr. Kreglow sounds like me when I explain all this to others who ask me about this (and other legal vs lawful matters). Anna von Reitz has more info on what’s really happened in this country on her website, as does The Informer (the late Harry Coombs) and his fellow researcher James Montgomery on various YT channels (re-posts of Vyzygoth’s original interviews) and Karl Lentz interviews on YT as well as his website.
